UI antipattern when adding note about user

In the Windows client, when a user right-clicks on another user's profile picture in chat, the Add Note option appears.

Selecting this option creates a UI trap for the user. As you can see below, the default field after clicking Add Note is not the Note section: It's the Message field.

If the user isn't paying attention and writes their note about the selected user without changing fields, then instead of making a note for their own personal use, they might send the note to the other user. This is, at best, a simple goof, but even so, would be annoying to do and bothersome to explain to the other person. Worse, though, is if you are making a note about a user with whom you are unfamiliar or don't frequently interact. Then it's a source of awkwardness, embarrassment, or worse.

I encourage you to redesign this workflow so that the Add Note option does something other than simply open the same menu that appears on left-click. I especially hope that you will make it so that whatever new menu appears will open with focus on the Note field and not include any text fields that are sent to other users.
