Discord bug at "Playing X game"

Hello Discord!

I think I found somewhat crucial bug regarding to the streamers, why some of their Discord users keep thinking, why streamers are still playing the game even after 3 hours of the stream. Like let's say Asmongold.

I believe its related to the Discord app as rebooting Discord actually fixed the issue. I was today playing like 3-4 hours of WoW and after 2-3 hours of it, Discord was still showing me that I am playing it. When I wasn't playing, or havent been playing for a while.

Most likely a known bug? Anyway hope this helps solving it. Somehow related to Task Manager apps and how Discord is running there background.

The worst part could be related even to some kind of a vulnerably issue.
