Native Muting
There have been posts in the distant past requesting the ability for moderators to natively mute people, yet none have been acknowledged thus far. Can we *please* get a native mute feature?? I hate having to add a bot specifically to have an efficient mute system.

There's already a native way to mute users in Voice Channels. And if you want to mute them in text channels, you can manually give them a muted role.

Voice channels do have muting, yes. I'm talking about text channel muting when the server has a multi-role system. Assigning a "Muted" role does nothing because if a user has multiple roles, their permissions pool together, regardless of where the roles are positioned. If you tactfully set roles (I've yet to figure out for how my server is set up), or take away all roles an individual has before muting, it woupd work, but my suggestion is for added convenience.
