My account problem

It's been 48hours and i haven't received anything from discord about un banning my account. It's annoying considering i have been using this platform for years and the only reason i was banned incorrectly for putting my age in a rush while playing a game. I'd like to at least know that my problem is going to be viewed and solved so i can talk with my mates.
