Masked Links with Emojis

While you can use an emoji as link text in the desktop app it doesn't work on mobile. Instead, it shows <:Discord:727174688177913886> for example. That is very ugly and doesn't allow the usage of emojis as practical buttons. Would be cool if you could fix that.
