account disabled for no reason

Hi,
my main account was disabled but I didn't violate any of the discord rule.
So I sent a message to discord support and they replied after 2 days saying that they confirmed my violation and that I won't get my account back, it also said that if I want to know what I did I can "refer to that email".
First of all I have that account for four years and I'm sure I didn't violate any of the rules. Second of all I guess by "that email" they mean the first email I received but its only an automatic message that gives a couple of reasons for why my account might be disabled. 
I replied to the email I got from discord stating that I didn't violate any of the rules and asked to know what I did. It's been 7 days since I sent that message and still didn't get a reply.
Is there a way to get my account back?
and do I need to send a message in a different way for them to reply?

edit: I forgot to say but right before my account was disabled discord asked me to verify I'm a human so I chose to do that by a message to my phone and right after I did that my account was disabled.
