Poltergeist Bans

Title says it all, I'm not banned on a server, server picks up that i'm banned however alternate accounts under the same IP and phone verification have no issue just fine, contacted discord support over this and they said there is nothing they can do to fix this.

what is a poltergeist ban, it's similar to a ghost ban but even worse. You see a Poltergeist ban is a type of ban where you get ghost banned, but the steps taken to fix a ghost ban are ineffective.

There is one last attempt to fix at least my situation is to clear all thousands of bans on the server, but we don't even know if it's worth bothering about anymore. 

Notes:
I can use the same client to enter the server on newly created accounts
I can use the same connection(s) as before to enter the server on newly created accounts
- I'm a staff member of the server described, and to this date I do not have the ability to access said server with my primary discord account.
- dyno bot picked me up as leaving the server but not banned
- dyno throws errors when you attempt to unban the account by userid
- there is no evidence of the account being ghosted with mentions/messages
there was a similar post regarding this 2 months ago with a similar problem
and finally:
discord engineers said they were not able to fix my problem even though seeing how it's setup i doubt that its not possible.
