Discord Employee Falsely Disabled My Friend's Account

(Sorry if anyone saw this same post somewhere else, my laptop glitched after sending this post and it wont show me where I posted it at.)

Hi, so I've met a discord employee that looks over my friend's account ever since she started getting into discord, let's call her Lindsley (not the real name of my friend.). My friend met Lindsley on discord after my friend suggested Lindsley to use discord so that they can play a game together with their buddies.

After a while nothing much happened until recently my friend's account got falsely disabled after getting their first account ban, they didn't break any TOS rules after they got that first account report, and I just think it's unfair. I'd also like to add that whenever my friend emails to discord support, discord support Autobot messages don't help them out much, just the same ol' ''your account got disabled for......''.

Should my friend contact an actual real discord employee for this? If so, how? I'm asking this for advice because I just think the false disabled account report is so odd to me, including to my friend too. My friend may not have proof images of how some discord mod employee is personally against my friend to the point they disabled their account (their discussions about it was in their server before it got deleted by discord), but what they can only do now is to talk to an actual discord mod about this long difficult lore situation.

    I'd also like to add that there's a long lore behind the action of a mod having personal dislikes against my friend, which lead to them falsely disabling their account

    Report them. They aren’t allowed to do that.

    Thanks for reaching out, but sadly I don't have the discord mod's account tag, which is why I'm here. And I did contact with them on discord, not much help either
