Bug- Multiple Channels Created

When creating a new channel, the user is able to click the "create channel" multiple times, creating multiple channels instead of just one. I have found that this happens under two scenarios:

1. Lag- In this example, my laptop was running slow since it hadn't been restarted for awhile. After I clicked the button to confirm creating the channel, the window to set the config for the new channel did not close. Instead I was able to click it multiple times for the next 30 seconds until I hit esc and noticed I had about 10 unwanted channels. 

2- Spam clicking- This can also be recreated by spam clicking the create channel button before it closes the window.
