Feature Request Role tagging

It would be really nice if u could create roles as a tag role, so it wont provide any permissions, but can be mentioned and can get permissions for certain channels.

How it would work:

When you create a new role, you can create a tag role, which is out of the normal role hirarchie and has no default permissions. You give it a name and a color. Also you can choose, wether the role can be mentioned or not. If you create a new text or voicechannel and set some perissions, you can also choose the tag role.

Why is this needed?

It would be easier to create new roles to tag your members. The current workflow ist to create a new role and uncheck all permissions and you have to give the member an additional role for normal permissions, because he isnt an "everyone" anymore regarding to permissions.
