A blue tick like whatsapp for seen messages

That you get when the message has been sent, or when not, with a tick, and when it has been read and when not, on servers it could be put as in WhatsApp groups, you can see how many people have seen the message, same as the "reactions" function that you can see who has reacted. I think this would be a great novelty and could surprise and many would appreciate it
