Categorize roles

I would very much prefer a role categorization, as you can essentially get a better overview of all the sub-roles and you also have certain areas that you can see better.
Sorting is also better then.

I know that this will take a lot of time and concentration for the developers, but I think that the users would also look forward to this change.
