Discord for Windows Desktop supports notification, when user clicks it, it opens itself. but without icon on taskbar. this bug prevents Alt+Tab combination to go back to discord window (or click icon on taskbar).

How to reproduction: Clicking windows discord notification will 100% reproduce this bug.

Solution: When user click notification, the app must open itself and "emerge on taskbar".
