Twitch Subscriber emojis popup tells me I can use them while I can't

So I'm on Twitch streamer's server, and he has some subscriber emotes there, and I was wondering why I could not use some of them. After some looking, turned out that the popup when I click emote shows me "This emoji is from this server. You can use it everywhere." is false, because the emote is subscriber-only. So my suggestion is, that you change the misleading information of the popup.
P.S. I'm glad to provide more information or even make a recording of the problem if necessary.
