Clone Category

There's a way to clone a channel to make a new channel with the same permissions -- so why not be able to clone categories?

I'm not saying it should clone the category and all of the channels, I'm requesting we should be able to clone just the category so that we don't need to remake permissions when we want to make two categories with the same permissions.
