Improving the reply system

Current reply system is okay-ish and all, but, in my opinion, the current nesting of the messages and their replies is odd and counter intuitive...

Wouldn't it have been better if the replies would've been nested this way?

    would also be nice if the replied message wasnt so faded out. kinda hard to read against the grey background
