Basic user experience.

You need to have a “new user guide,” with an overview and basic instructions, put in an easy-to-find place, about how the site works. I logged on, and was like, WTF? I had to ask other people in some random chat about how to get to the hash I needed. Really, my initial UX sucked, thus, my first impression of discord sucks. I’m sure your features are great, if only your new users could figure out WTF they are.

    There's a huge amount of information online. If you have an idea of how to improve a certain feature that you don't like you should share it here(I just did, and it was exactly UX for newbs)

     

    Also think about upvoting your own post so it gets noticed more?
