Discord not responding to emails

I sent a request to get my disabled account back, the ban was unjustified, (literally sent proof of my ban being false) and they send a bot response saying to reply. I'm like ok and i reply and say "but the ban was false i sent proof and i have more" They havent responded in 4 days. I sent an email before that asking if i could get it back, same bot respone, i replied and no response for 12 days.
