User volume controls on web version not as good

On desktop I can set an individual user volume in voice chat over 100%, but on the web version 100% is the max

When one person in a chat is extremely quiet, I can't increase the volume of just their voice. If I turn down everyone else's voice to match, it's difficult to hear anyone even at full volume. I prefer to use the web version of discord but voice chat becomes unusable when I can't increase the volume of a quiet voice.
