Discord Accounts being Disabled

My main discord account got disabled for "Sending Malicious links or files to others" When I may have done that once or twice because I didn't know if it was right or wrong. My main had 50 months + 2 years of nitro gifts. I read TOS after my account got disabled and everytime I email discord support they just respond with the same answer. "Your account will not be reinstated" and everytime someone replies its a bot for sure and not a person.
