Make the Emoji Design Synced on Mobile with Their Desktop Counterpart

In the Display Settings for the Twitter app there's a checkbox labeled "Use the Twitter emoji set instead of your device's default set" 

Discord should have this setting as well on your apps due to some phone's not being up to date, some people can't see the newly added emoji from Twemoji 12.0. As of this post, the newer emoji just show up as boxes, both in chat and in reactions. I believe adding this setting would circumvent this issue and also make for better communication regardless of your platform.
