Allow Named Links in the name of an embed field

Currently in the `name` of an embed field, Named Links are not supported and display as the raw text: `[Discord is great](https://discordapp.com/)`

Embeds can have a URL set on the title as well as named links in the description but this feature would be a nice addition.
