Problem with "push to talk" and new OS Catalina IMac

Anyone had a problem with the new OS Catalina Mac?

I updated netbook and iMac and since I did it, in Discord doesn't work "push to talk".

Any piece of advice?

    I recently just contacted apple about the push to talk feature and they advice me this is on ongoing issue with mac users for the last seven months and there is nothing they can do until discord update there accessibility features to work with the new mac update.
