"Do not disturb" still disturbing

When you are set to "do not disturb" on mobile you should not get notifications, but you do. I know you are technically offline when the app is not active but still, you should not get notifications, if you are set "do not disturb".

    Literally every other chat app has figured out how to maintain status.  This should work the same way.  I shouldn't go offline because the app goes out of memory, that's why push notifications were designed for mobile devices.

    Could we get this extended to the mobile app cause I don't like having to used the timed mute/snooze button (which doesn't always show up) in the notification ribbon.
    When I set my self to Do Not Disturb I expect all notifications on both my desktop and mobile device to stop until I change off the status.

    Also on macOS still playing notification sounds even when the OS is on Do Not Disturb, seriously how hard can this be to fix?

    Can confirm this is still a problem in macOS 11.6 with M1. Also happens while on Do Not Disturb and the computer is asleep.

    “Do Not Disturb” to discord means “We'll disturb you anyway”
