Suggestion for PC UI changes

Discord doesn't currently allow users to minimize the list of online users or to reduce the size of the channel names. This doesn't matter in fullscreen mode but sometimes it can be useful to have another window visible at the same time, for example, chatting on Discord while watching videos or streams.
