Alert button for people away

If somebody is away in your server and is your friend (majority of cases) just right click on your friends profile and click the alert button, and an alert sound will go off, alerting only the AFK;
to the person that is away, after the first alert, a box will appear, asking if he wants to disable or not and disable forever
