Mutiny/coup button button for servers?
so that vice presidents/moderators could take control of the server in case the owner stops being active or becomes a tyrant.

Thats already possible you just need to have administrator permission on your role and you just send an email to discord support but the account which owns the discord has to be offline for more than a month
