Can't right click on files anymore? (Can't copy/paste)

Previously, I could right click an image/file and i could copy/paste/image address if I needed, however, Now it only gives me this option if I OPEN the image.

While this is a small problem, I cannot exactly OPEN files in Discord, such as an mp4. Basically, all I can do now for files is download them, not even open in a new tab or copy the address or simply copy/paste, which has been a hinderance because I want to share some of these with my friends without directly sending them an mp4 file
