Way to cut/ cover/ censor certain words from an individual message

It would be really nice to have the ability to cut out, censor, or block certain parts of a message, that way server owners or mods could cut out certain words that are against the rules and such without deleting the whole message. It would be especially helpful for when there are those particular people who just can't not swear, even when it's against the guidelines of the server. Maybe admins could have permission to edit members' messages or a way to cover certain parts of messages with red or something like that.
