A way to automatically write something in someone's message bar.

Hi I'm one of the admin of a group of friend server. I would like to know if there is a way to automatically write something in what i call "the message bar" when someone enter a salon. For example when someone enter the text chat of the music bot, it automatically write "!play" in his message bar.
