Add ability to send GIFs on mobile

Just like on whatsapp, I think it would be cool to be able to send GIFs through the phone app as well. I prefer to use my phone than my desktop for Discord so it would be much more convenient.

    I've been able to send gifs on mobile by choosing them from the file tab after selecting to send an image.

    I dont want to sit at my desk all day to use gifs in discord so i would prefere if they added just a fav gifs button on mobile so i can use my fav ones
