Ban these users

Otto#5146, 👑Vormax👑#3888, 

They hacked into a community server of mine and my friends, where we all had good atmosphere, 

Otto#5146 was banned permbanned for constatly breaking the rules then 👑Vormax👑#3888 unbanned him, gave him admin rights destroyed the server and banned every single user that was on our server.

Now a server which had 100+ people is gone and only admins were unscatched since admins cannot be banned by other admins,

Can you removed these two literall trashcans from discord?
