Allow us to use uppercase on channel names and if possible spaces

Dear Discord,

We want to use spaces, uppercase characters.

Also we want to use emojis in channel names easier because you know we use copy-paste to use emojis in channel names. We want a feature same or similarly as putting emoji on our status text.

    bout the spaces a bot used to do that, discord patched it tho, but you can see some channel names with spaces in them in some servers
