Recommendations for headsets for use for Truckers

My husband is a truck driver and we use discord a lot to keep in touch especially when he's done driving for the day.  I can share videos with him and we can hang out. Or if he's driving we can listen to audio books together and discuss and enjoy them while he is away.  However his current headset is a BlueParrot (not sure the exact model) but it disconnects fairly frequently.  We've done a lot of trouble shooting and I don't think it is something easily fixed.  We aren't even fully sure what causes it.  It normally only disconnects when he is driving and typically it doesn't disconnect fully.  Only the microphone disconnects not his ear piece.

So to that this is a two fold post.  Does anyone have any trucker friendly headset recommendations for use with discord?  ALSO some issues we've run into. 

Voice command mode so that he can answer without touching his phone.  Company policy says that he is allowed to touch his phone to answer if needed but to talk and stay on it is to be hands free.  To that end a voice command that could either reconnect or to connect in the first place would be nice.  

Microphone Presets.  So that when he changes headsets he can pick the settings for that headphone.  Including volume levels.  On his home headset he uses for gaming everyone is very loud because on his other headset everyone is so quiet.  So the ability to have presets for his two different headsets would be great.  He wouldn't have to manually adjust everyone depending on which headset he was on. 

Lastly we've noticed that when he is on his cellphone/headset when I share videos  he can sometimes barely hear them without turning me up so loud that I have to whisper so that I don't blow his ears out.  So the same streaming volume vs. voice volume in private calls would be nice to have too.  I can adjust the volume on my end only so much before he just has to turn me up.  

Sorry if any of these are worded confusingly.  I can clarify if needed.  I will say that having discord has made staying in touch with him so much easier.  He can even join group chats with our friends when we are all hanging out and watch movies with us at night.
