Could yall please get rid of this bot so my problem can be solved.

So I am trying to get my account unbanned because it was falsely disabled TWICE and this stupid bot Clyde isn't helping AT ALL how am I supposed to log in with the associated email IF THAT DISCORD ACCOUNT IS DISABLED.
