(Feature parity request) Reactions that are sorted and shown like on PC

On PC we get reactions, that show the full nickname and username, we need this on mobile. Also on PC they are sorted by who reacted first, but on mobile it seems semi-random. I have an example, what names we see on PC and what we see on mobile (see attachments), I just don't have an example of the bad sorting.
