Can't transfer boost to a new server

So I boosted this server twice, and now I want to transfer one of them to new server. The cooldown period has expired but the only server in the list of servers to which I can transfer boost is the same one I want to transfer boost from.

Edit: You just gotta be on discord application on PC, cuz neither browser nor phone versions work, neither for changing the new profile background thingy nor transfer boost.
