Discord Hubs

So, discord is creating a new feature called "discord hubs", yet, whenever i search it up, there's absolutely no info on it from discord. It says that the servers are 100% completely student-run, if this is the case, how can i create one for my school? I would be very interested to find out if anyone can give me any information. Thanks
