I have 2 accounts already disabled cause I dmmed a "lot"

I mean I have to agree that I dmmed a lot of people on both accounts. I joined the biggest dating server on discord, I think you already know what I'm talking about. I've been dmming people there for like idk 2 months? But just this June I woke up, pressing one of my dm notif, went straight to login page, found out my account was disabled through my email cause suddenly I broke the TOS, saying I've been involved with spam activities which I didn't, I didn't invite people to shady links or what so well I felt bad cause I didn't do any such thing and I had friends there that I have no other contact with, I didnt write down their username and # so well I decided to email the customer support. My account was disabled on 16th morning and well I researched how bad the support was so I really didn't just do 1 email, I try to do it daily, on 19th I received an email saying they confirmed the validation and won't reinstate my account and said I should ask on the original email the reason really, which I did but like I said I believe I'm innocent and I think it's their anti spam automatic system disabling people and well as expected I haven't received any email on the reason. I also used my extra account that was disabled on 25th, I even try not using the same intro like from hi to hello and add their names to not look copy pasted like before but yeahh still disabled so yeahh I think it's their auto system disabling people and the thing is dmming a lot of people should be expected on a dating server especially since after saying hi they might turn out to be a seller or a catfish so yeahh you're expected to move on idk can discord fix this cause it seems to be a new update.
