Notification priority

It would be cool if there were a way for certain users to, for example, push through do not disturb on mobile phones. Like if you were able to add a group of friends to a list that means that they push through the dnd discord status and also your phone's do not disturb function so you get a vibration or audible notification for them, like with priority mobile contacts. Also maybe an apeshit mode where your phone goes full alarm when a certain person messages you. There's those special people you want to be woken up for, yknow
