[Suggestion] Confirm joining voice calls

I've accidentally joined voice channels when trying to click to a text channel just above or below the voice channel. Even when the voice channel is empty, the join sound can be startling.

Having a setting to turn on a confirmation window when joining a voice channel would be helpful. So if you click on a voice channel, you're given a "are you sure you want to join" prompt, and you have to hit OK to join.

    this is a really good idea when i was new to discord i accidentally joined vc and i didn't know how to disconnect which was sort of startling
