No response in 2 weeks

OJL2018

After 2 weeks, have not received back from discord. The last email that was sent to me was one saying that it is escalating to the next team. Am going to give a one star rating if I even get another response. Is there anything else since I haven’t received from Discord on twitter for about 6 weeks?
