HTML <details> element for embeds [Feature Request]

The HTML <details> element would be a really nice addition to embeds. This would be especially useful for server announcements where an owner might want to announce a lot of changes without creating a wall of text.

This could be through using another type of Field or through some new markdown syntax.

Here's an example which illustrates what this would look like.
