Allow nitro classic owners to customize banners

Please make it so nitro classic owners can change their banners. It is unfair that the higher subscription has access to it but we don’t. Please consider it because I bought discord classic ( I can’t afford the higher one) to get the banner feature but can’t. Thank you for your time. Also bring back music packs from April fools

    Eh, I disagree. However, nitro classic users should at least be able to use stickers too.
