enabling game activity and overlay options in discord setting

game activity and overlay options are not there in my discord settings of my account and i even dont know how and where can i get these options without subscribing to discord nitro. pls help me in enabing these two options. it's very much needed for me as my friends in discord won't leave me alone even if i enable DND mode in my mobile.

    You can’t access those if you’re on mobile, only on computer
