Why can't I navagate these sites?

I joined Discord at the request of lbry.tv and odysee to ask the community about issues viewing videos on those sites. I joined and I'll be damned if I could find one place to post a question to the community??? I'm only here now because of a direct link from my email by Discord. I can't ever figure out how to use these sites for some reason? I always had good grades in college above average 3.50 to 4.0 GPA . But when it comes to technology I fail miserably. So this will be most likely the only message from me because I will never figure out how to check for any response unless someone sends me a link and wants to teach me I'm screwed.Here is my email "kylejennings99@gmail.com"  I'll be damned it's showing a popup with peoples email right in my way while typing mine??? Who designs these sites ? Why would you put a pop up right in the way ??? Have a great day everyone & please research heavily on that killer vaxx do not take it !
