Threads should be able to be fully deleted by mods.

There are quite a couple problems about the new "thread" feature, and I think they should be able to be deleted without archiving. Mods should at least be able to delete messages inside the threads, as if someone breaks the rules and a mod need to delete it, it won't  be deleted and cannot be deleted (unless the poster deletes it.) So I think there should be a feature where threads can be entirely deleted by mods or at least have mods be able to delete  messages inside threads.
