Add an option to when logging out to save keybinds, emoji's and saved GIF's and not delete the cache

Same as the title, i was setting up 2FA for my account when it made me log back in and deleted all my key bindings, favourited GIF's and frequently used emoji's. i initially posted it as a bug report but was asked to send it as feedback instead 

it's just really inconvenient, especially if you have a lot of keybinds or a mass of saved GIF's or curated emoji bar having to set all of it back up, and i can see it being really annoying if you have multiple accounts for whatever reasons, ive seen a couple similar posts but none that mention all three topics in one so i hope this is okay, and i thought it might be best as an option instead of a "fix" for people who might not want stuff saved
