[Suggestion] New folder setting

I suggest making the Notification Settings for folders, you want to simply and quickly disable @everyone and @role, otherwise it happens that there are about 10-20 servers in 1 folder and it takes a very long time to disable @everyone and @role for each.

Я предлагаю сделать для папок "Настройки уведомлений", хочется просто и быстро отключить @everyone и @role, а то бывает что в 1 папке около 10-20 серверов и очень долго для каждого отключать @everyone и @role.

    I agree, and would say more customisation settings for folders in general would be a good idea.
