someone used my account for spamming unknown link to all my contact

Someone was using my discord account for sharing an unknown website to all of my contacts and servers then i make a new discord account and it happens again. Its spamming massage to everyone. My second account had same password as my previous account but its in different email. The first picture is my 1st account and the rest is my 2nd account. Anyone have any idea what happen? i just changed my password in my 2nd account and uses two factor authentication. is it really helpful? or anyone knows how to solve it? thanks

    Hi,this morning i got the same issue. Not the same message but someone send a link that has a virus in it. And then got me quit from all servers i had and wrote bad words one of them. I think someone hacked us and using our accounts. Not the same person but this is my opinion. If you found a solition pls let me know. Thank you.
